At The Recap Vault, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
That said, your happiness matters to us, and we will always make things right if there is an issue.
When Refunds or Replacements Are Available
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- Your order is lost in transit (as confirmed by the carrier).
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- The wrong item was sent.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us at therecapvault25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Once reviewed, we will process a replacement order at no cost to you, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Sizing Issues: Please double-check size charts before ordering apparel. Since items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges.
- Color Variation: Slight differences between online mockups and physical items may occur due to screen settings and printing methods. These variations are not considered defects.
- Non-returnable Items: Digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, production begins and we cannot make changes.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
